After starting this site with much hope and excitement, I basically fell off the planet. I got hung up in the 'noise' of life. The day to day tasks required to function in society. Working, paying the bills, putting food on the table, are all part and parcel of this required list. I have returned from my self imposed absence to once again renew my committment to the betterment of myself using the many means that I will be sharing with you in the coming months. I feel that if I can find ways to enhance myself then maybe those very same methods can be used by you to do the same.

From time to time we all look at the things that we have done in our lives and in hindsight we have said "I could have done that better" or "If I had another chance I would have done that differently". However, we would all like to keep those instances to a minimum. The goal of this site is to develop steps and strategies that lead to better thinking. Better thinking leads to better execution of plans and actions. And ultimately to a better, more fulfilling life. I am going to be the test subject for this experiment. I will be examining meditation, exercise (both physical and mental), and chemical substance enhancement to increase and augment my cognitive abilities. I encourage you to read and share your personal experiences with me. We can truly learn from each other, and ultimately, life is all about learning and sharing what you've learned to benefit humanity!!!
